My wife's Apple downloaded and uses Zoom daily without difficulty including Zoom g: avg. Dec 22,  · To Check if Windows Firewall is Blocking Zoom: Open the Start menu and search for Windows Security. Click on it. Now, click on Firewall & network protection. Select Allow an app through the firewall. Once the new window opens, tap Change Settings. Then, scroll down to “ Zoom Video Conference ” and see if checkboxes next to it are ticked.

  AVG blocks downloading of ZOOM. It says there is a phishing there and will not allow. I went to the site, not to any other ZOOM url. We're here to help. Is AVG detecting the Zoom as a threat or does it just block access to it? Please exclude Zoom app from scanning by AVG.

I tried to download the Zoom video app to my laptop which has Windows 10 and Office but the download is blocked by s-mode. Is there a one there? Is there any plan to add it as a lot of friends relatives and businesses are using it to keep in touch during the current lockdown. I have it on my phone but would like to get it onto the laptop. How can I get the download without compromising s-mode.

Sumit Independent Advisor Independent Advisor. Zoom app isn't available in Microsoft Store. You must switch out of S mode unfortunately to get Zoom app.
